1. Who we are

Drawyz is operated by Drawyz Ltd, a private company limited by shares, registered in England and Wales under company number 17188146, whose registered office is at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("Drawyz", "we", "us"). You can contact us at drawyz.lc@gmail.com.

2. Using Drawyz

You must be 18 or over and live in a country we deliver to.
You need an account to enter. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
One account per person. We may close accounts that break these terms or the Competition Rules.

3. Competitions

Each competition is a prize competition that depends on skill. Every entry requires an answer to a skill question. Only entries with the correct answer take part in the draw. Full details are in the Competition Rules, which form part of these terms.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
There are no discount codes.

5. Tickets and limits

You can hold up to 10 tickets per competition.
Your ticket numbers appear in your account once your payment is confirmed.
Tickets cannot be transferred or exchanged.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Because each entry is for a competition taking place on a set date, entries are final once paid, except where the law says otherwise or where a competition is cancelled. If we cannot allocate your tickets (for example, the competition sold out while you were paying), we refund you in full automatically.

7. Loyalty points

You earn 10 points the first time you buy tickets in a competition. 100 points can be exchanged for one free ticket. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are removed if the related payment is refunded. Referrals: every account has a referral code. If a new customer enters your code when paying for their first entry, you receive 10 points once that payment is complete (one bonus per referred customer). You cannot use your own code, codes cannot be used after a first purchase, the bonus is removed if that payment is refunded, and a customer can bring at most 20 referral bonuses in 30 days. Creating accounts to collect referral points is not allowed and may lead to points being removed. We may change or end the points scheme with reasonable notice.

8. Prizes

Prizes are brand new, in their original packaging, and delivered free of charge to the winner's address in an eligible country. There is no cash alternative. The winner may choose to upgrade the prize (for example a larger storage capacity) by paying the price difference; we send a secure payment link for this. Winners may be asked to prove their identity and age before delivery.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the entries concerned.
