Competition Rules
Last updated 1 October 2026 at 12:02 BST
1. The promoter
The promoter of every competition on this website is Drawyz Ltd, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, registered in England and Wales under company number 17188146.
2. Eligibility
- Open to residents of eligible countries aged 18 or over. Countries we cannot deliver to are listed at sign-up.
- Employees of the promoter and their immediate families may not enter.
- We may ask for proof of age, identity and address before awarding a prize.
3. How to enter
- Choose a live competition.
- Enter your details (name, date of birth, delivery address).
- Answer the skill question. You give one answer per competition, and it is final.
- Choose your tickets (maximum 10 per person per competition) and pay.
Entries with an incorrect answer are not entered into the draw and are not refunded. You will not be told whether your answer was correct before the draw. A free postal entry route is also available (see section 9).
4. Closing date and draw
- Each competition shows its closing date and draw date.
- The draw takes place on the date shown, whether or not all tickets have been sold.
- The winner is chosen at random from all valid entries using a public random number from drand (League of Entropy), a randomness beacon that nobody, including the promoter, can predict or influence. The drand round used is announced on the competition page before the draw: it is the first round published at or after the draw time.
- At the draw, the list of valid ticket numbers is sorted and fingerprinted (SHA-256). The winning position is SHA-256("random number:fingerprint") read as a number, modulo the number of valid tickets.
- The list of valid ticket numbers, the random number and the result are published on the competition page, so anyone can check the draw. The draw may also be filmed and shared on our social media.
5. Winners
- The winner is contacted by email within 48 hours of the draw. If we cannot reach the winner within 14 days, we may draw another winner from the valid entries, in the same way.
- With the winner's consent, we publish their first name, the initial of their last name, their town and a photo on the Winners page.
6. Prizes
- The prize is as described on the competition page. There is no cash alternative. The winner may choose to upgrade the prize (for example a larger storage capacity) by paying the price difference; we send a secure payment link for this.
- Prizes are delivered free of charge to the winner's address within 30 days.
7. Changes, cancellation and disputes
- If a competition must be cancelled for reasons beyond our control, all paid entrants are refunded in full.
- Our decision on any matter relating to the competition is final, subject to your statutory rights.
8. Law
These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
9. Free postal entry route
You can enter any competition for free. To do so, send an unenclosed postcard by first or second class post (no recorded or special delivery needed) to:
Drawyz Ltd — Free Entry, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom
Write clearly on the postcard:
- the name of the competition;
- your answer to the skill question;
- your full name, full postal address and telephone number;
- your date of birth;
- the email address of your Drawyz account (we use it to give you your ticket number).
Conditions:
- One entry per postcard. Each postcard must be sent separately; bulk entries in one envelope are not accepted.
- Postal entries count towards the limit of 10 tickets per person per competition.
- Your postcard must be received before the competition closes. Incomplete, incorrect, illegible or late entries are not accepted.
- The same rules apply as for paid entries: one final answer per competition, and only entries with the correct answer take part in the draw.
- Free postal entries are treated in exactly the same way as paid entries and have the same chance of winning. Your ticket number appears in your account once your entry has been processed.
