About Drawyz
The facts about Drawyz, in plain words. Last updated .
What is Drawyz?
Drawyz is a UK prize competition website for the latest tech (iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, cameras, audio). Each competition has a small, fixed number of tickets, a low ticket price and a skill question. The winner is drawn live at a date announced in advance, with a public random number that anyone can check.
Is Drawyz a real company?
Yes. Drawyz is run by Drawyz Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales on 29 April 2026 under company number 17188146. Its registered office is 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. The company record is public on Companies House.
Is Drawyz legal in the UK?
Drawyz runs prize competitions, not lotteries. Under the Gambling Act 2005, a paid competition is not a lottery when entrants must answer a question that tests skill or knowledge. Every Drawyz entry needs the right answer to a skill question, wrong answers are not entered in the draw, and a free postal entry route is also available. Entrants must be 18 or over.
Can Drawyz choose or fix the winner?
No. The winning ticket is picked with a public random number from drand, a randomness beacon run by the League of Entropy that nobody can predict or influence. The drand round is announced before the draw. After the draw, Drawyz publishes the list of valid ticket numbers, its fingerprint, the random number and the result, and the competition page has a button to check the result in your browser.
How are payments protected?
Payments are processed by Stripe, a regulated payment provider used by millions of businesses. Drawyz never sees or stores card numbers. Prices are in pounds sterling, the number of tickets is capped at 10 per person per competition, and your ticket numbers appear in your account as soon as the payment is confirmed.
What happens when someone wins?
The winner is emailed within 48 hours of the draw. To make sure the prize goes to the right person, the winner proves they are the account holder and 18 or over with an official photo ID. The prize is brand new and delivered free within 30 days. Winners are shown on the Winners page by first name, initial and town.
What should I check before entering any prize competition?
Check that the company is registered and named, that the rules are published, that the maximum number of tickets is fixed, that the draw method can be verified, that payments go through a known provider, and that there is a free entry route or a real skill question. Drawyz publishes all of these. Only spend what you can afford: entries are final once paid.
How can I contact Drawyz?
