1. No Returns / No Refund Policy (Competition Entries)
Due to the nature of prize competitions operated by DRAWYZ LTD, all entries are final.
Once a purchase has been completed and payment has been successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned for any reason, except where required by law or in the event of a competition cancellation.
By entering a competition, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy.
2. Faulty or Damaged Prizes
If you receive a prize that is faulty or damaged upon delivery, you must contact us at:

We will review the issue and may, at our discretion, offer one of the following solutions:
- Repair of the item
- Replacement of the item
- Refund (only where repair or replacement is not reasonably possible)
3. Incorrect or Incomplete Deliveries
If you receive an incorrect item or a prize that is missing parts or components, you must notify us as soon as possible at:

We will investigate the issue and may, at our discretion, provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.
4. Shipping Costs
DRAWYZ LTD is not responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Where a return or replacement is authorised, customers must ensure that items are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service where applicable.
5. Processing of Refunds (Where Applicable)
Where a refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 14 business days
- It will be issued to the original payment method used
- Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers
